Lemon Studios is a serviced office community for digital & creative professionals. We are located in Clerkenwell at 85 Clerkenwell Rd, London, EC1R 5AR. It’s about a two minute walk to Farringdon tube (District & Circle line), and less than a four minute walk to Chancery Lane (Central Line). It’s a great location for access to the city and the west end.
When we refer to the Studios as a ‘community’ we mean it’s really an offline network of your new media, design & production peers. We have web designers and coders, marketing and PR consultants, infrastructure and techie types, creatives and others. Coming to the office each morning is a great way to develop contacts and share information and ideas.

Arts Alley is a new dance / theatre rehearsal space in SE1. It is situated 2 minutes from Southwark tube station and close to The Cut with no end of choice of Cafe, Bars and Restuarants. Comprising of two beautiful and inspirational studios on two floors of a period Victorian building, the creative spaces are perfect for a variety of uses.
Both Studios are flooded with natural light and are equipped with break-out areas, flipcharts, stationery, projectors, chairs, tables and bean bags, electronic blinds, wireless and LAN broadband, itunes, and fax. The studios can be hired individually, or together to give greater flexibility.We also provide excellent catering from delicious breakfasts though to healthy hearty lunches, with a wide range of drinks and snacks.
