We have 4 desk/office spaces available in our lovingly restored old Victorian Warehouse style studio located in a cobbled mews near Kennington tube. We’re right on the edge of the big ‘South Central’ development zone, close to the South Bank with numerous buses to just about anywhere. And there’s free off street parking right outside. The desks are an open plan arrangement which comprises the majority of the upstairs studio; 11m x 6m – it’s very spacious, light and airy with lots of windows. There’s a kitchen and bathroom on the same floor. Downstairs are two rooms (already taken) with another kitchenette and wetroom. Other people working in the studio include; film-makers, video editors, 3D graphic artists, designers and illustrators. The studio is in a unique enclave of artesian and creative businesses which ranges from film-makers and photographers to Jewelers, furniture makers, journalists, writers and Architects; we’re ideally looking for like-minded creative people; small production teams or individual freelancers working in media and visual arts. There’s a friendly local café at the end of the Yard that sells organic food and drinks plus plenty of quality local pubs and restaurants.
