What we ask
Buildings that are due to be let or sold must always be in a representative state, as estate agents, potential buyers and tenants could call at any time. That’s why, as an Ad Hoc Guardian, we ask that you keep your accommodation in ‘ready-to-view’ condition. It’s a small price to pay for accommodation that is usually central, spacious and remarkably inexpensive. You must also be over 25 years of age and without any criminal convictions.
Being Flexible
On average, Ad Hoc is able to offer a property to Guardians for up to eight months. However, as our name implies, we provide occupancy solutions to property owners in a fast and flexible way. It is for this reason that we cannot guarantee the length of your stay at any particular property. But if your stay should be cut shorter than you had hoped for, we strive to find you similar accommodation is close by.
